International Shipping:

We have many International customers.

Shipping Method: We typically ship via United States Postal Service Insured (USPS) as they provide the least expensive, trackable method available. We can also ship via UPS Ground to Canada, but UPS charges a brokerage fee.

Shipping times are 6-12 days via USPS Priority, or 5 days for USPS Express. Please note, these are estimated times. Shipments can be sometimes held up in customs.

Shipping Costs: We have provided International USPS Priority (6-12 days) shipping costs on our kayak product pages for Canada and countries in Zones 3, 4, and Zone 5. These include the following countries, exceptions haven an asterisk * and are listed below.

Accessory shipping costs are cumulative weight-based. Minimum shipping charges are $19.95 via USPS to Canada, $29.95 International Zones 3,4 and 5. Total shipping costs can be viewed in the checkout window before authorizing credit card purchases.

When purchasing, please select the appropriate Zone option for shipping.

If your country is not listed, is asterisked, or you require a faster shipping solution, please contact us and we are very happy to give you shipping prices!

Tracking number: Once shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to the email address you provide. Packages can be tracked at http://www.usps.com.
